Sun Rosier condo was sold in a collective sale for S$271 million which is about 15 per cent more than the asking price of S$235 million. There were 4 bids for the freehold development and the winning bid went to a 50:50 joint venture between SingHaiyi Properties and Huajiang International.
There were strong demand for this development resulting the success of the en-bloc sale condo because developers capitalised the fact that the condo is only about five minutes walk from Bartley MRT station and it is also one of the few freehold development sites on offer.
